Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: \n \n Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a personalized treatment plan that addresses each client's specific needs. \n Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate communication and healing among family members dealing with issues such as conflict resolution, grief, and relationship dynamics. \n Provide assessments and develop treatment plans based on the unique circumstances of each patient, including addressing challenges related to separation, divorce, and blended families. \n Employ telehealth platforms and, when necessary, in-person sessions to deliver a comprehensive therapeutic experience. \n Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on cases and improve service delivery. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of challenges including but not limited to grief and loss, job stress, alcohol abuse, and conflicts within families. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both adult populations as well as children and adolescents, ensuring an inclusive approach to therapy that respects their diverse needs. Qualifications\n To be considered for this position, you must possess the following: \n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to maintaining clinical excellence. \n Preferred Experience\n We welcome applications from both newly licensed and experienced candidates. Flexibility in availability, including a commitment of 30 hours or more per week, is essential. Experience in telemedicine can also be advantageous as we continue to provide hybrid therapy options.
