Ayu Bakehouse is growing, and we're looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join our team, starting mid-summer.
This is a leadership role for someone who is not only skilled in the craft of pastry, but who thrives in a collaborative kitchen and enjoys helping others grow. As one of two Pastry Sous, you'll work closely with our Pastry Chef and ownership team to support daily production, training, quality control, and seasonal menu development while helping shape the future of our pastry program.
