Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions for a diverse clientele.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders, thoroughly developing personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a varied population that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing difficulties with relationships, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Our clients often present with issues including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and trauma, among others. The therapist’s ability to build rapport quickly and create a safe space for clients to express their feelings is paramount. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and specific qualifications.
