Job Description As a Security Officer Customer Service Support in Beverly Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a premier retail location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with loss prevention awareness, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Use computer or tablet systems to document activity and support daily operations while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.96 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 AM - 06:00 PMTue11:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:00 PMSat10:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun12:00 PM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, while reporting unusual activity. Assist with access control, visitor screening, package checks, and monitoring of designated entry and exit points in accordance with site procedures. Help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a professional presence, observation, and timely reporting. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card or applicable license is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
