TerrAscend seeks a Legal Assistant to join the Legal and Compliance team, reporting to the Senior Counsel, Securities & Financing. You will assist in governance tasks, prepare board materials, manage the Board portal via Diligent, and handle entity maintenance and Section 16 filings with guidance from outside counsel. In this role you will help develop efficient processes to deliver legal services across TerrAscend’s U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr TerrAscend
