Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and treatment options.

• Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to facilitate targeted support and treatment for patients and their families.

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop successful treatment strategies and interventions utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Provide psychotherapy and emotional support to patients, helping them cope with challenges and emotional strain associated with detoxification.
\n
• Bridge communication between families and treatment teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on care objectives and progress.
\n
• Advise families on activities that support child development, using strategies rooted in Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation to track patient progress and comply with all federal and state regulations governing behavioral health services.
\n
• Utilize coaching models to enhance learning and engagement in both individual and family settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and families receiving early intervention services, particularly for those dealing with developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will specifically center around young children from birth to age three, during a critical period where early experiences profoundly impact development. By providing family-centered support and interventions, you will help facilitate growth in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of demonstrated experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
