They are responsible for facilitating HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR team.As a **Human Resources Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department across key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for many HR-related inquiries, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.### ### **What You’ll Do*** Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment requirements such as background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.* Onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions, preparing paperwork, and enhancing the overall new-hire experience.* Coordinate the offboarding process, including exit paperwork, documentation, and related administrative tasks.* Assist with career fair administration, which may require occasional on-site attendance.* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.* Manage HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and procedures, and generate reports and metrics as needed.* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating issues when appropriate.* Assist with employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events that support a positive workplace culture.* Stay current on labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR processes align with compliance requirements.* Support the HR team with training program coordination, employee development tracking, and other special projects as assigned### **What Sets You Apart*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 1–2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar).* Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom, or similar).* Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.**Compensation Range**: $45,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
