Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Sales will own the vision, performance, leadership, and future of the Sales organization. Success will be measured not only by revenue growth, but by the leaders you develop, the culture you strengthen, and the experience you help create for every patient. Your mission is to develop a world-class sales organization that delivers an extraordinary patient experience and predictable, profitable growth. This role includes: Own revenue targets, forecasting, budgeting, and sales strategy Own sales KPIs, including speed-to-lead, show rates, conversion, bookings, case value, and pipeline health Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, develop, performance manage, and when necessary, terminate team members Establish and maintain CRM discipline, reporting, call reviews, scripts, compensation, and process optimization Drive daily accountability and provide weekly reporting to the CEO Build strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Operations Develop A players and future sales leaders Protect the organization’s culture while continually raising the standard Develop a high-performing, values-aligned sales team that consistently achieves revenue goals Drive measurable improvement across the entire conversion funnel Establish clear dashboards, accurate forecasts, and a no-surprises operating environment Create a culture where A players thrive and mediocrity cannot hide Qualifications Proven success leading and developing a sales organization Demonstrated revenue growth and conversion improvement Strong command of KPIs, forecasting, CRM systems, compensation, and sales operations Excellent business judgment, communication, and emotional intelligence Healthcare, aesthetics, luxury services, or high-ticket consultative sales experience preferred Comfortable being measured against ambitious goals and clear performance expectations Willing and able to have difficult conversations and address underperformance Able to take ownership of results rather than blaming leads, Marketing, the economy, or the team Able to operate with independence and without constant direction Our Ideal Teammate Is Someone Who: Is hungry and relentlessly driven Loves scoreboards, ambitious goals, and hard problems Creates momentum, rolls up their sleeves, and challenges complacency Is confident without ego Gives credit, seeks feedback, and owns mistakes Has exceptional emotional intelligence Knows when to coach, challenge, listen, or make the hard call Inspires high performers and develops talent Addresses underperformance without fear or drama Takes extreme ownership when revenue, conversion, hiring, or processes fall short Values responsibility over authority Creates clarity, develops leaders, raises standards, and produces results Is proactive and accountable Thinks strategically and executes consistently Communicates with clarity and confidence Brings a positive, growth-oriented mindset Embraces learning and feedback Cares deeply about doing great work Hiring Process We take our hiring process seriously and evaluate candidates based on both capability and culture fit.
