The Operations team handles administrative tasks such as scheduling and client intake, thus enabling our clinicians to concentrate on their primary mission: delivering exceptional mental health care. You will need to be committed and flexible, working primarily from your home or wherever you designate as your most productive workspace.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote telehealth services to clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring ethical standards and client confidentiality.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, maintaining a maximum of eight clients to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of the clients, developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Engage in weekly case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance collaborative care and share insights on advanced therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development through free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided by the organization.

Qualifications\n

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week, with options for part-time (1099) or full-time (W2) employment roles.

• For W2 positions, availability for a full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week including evening and Saturday shifts is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and level of licensure.
