Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that supports a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments for clients, evaluating their individual needs and backgrounds.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring that these plans are continually updated based on client progress and ongoing assessments.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including treatment plan reviews, case notes, and any further diagnoses that arise during therapy.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust strategies as needed to enhance positive outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges while respecting and understanding their cultural identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, and more. Our diverse client base requires a therapist who is not only skilled but also culturally competent and empathetic. You will be instrumental in empowering clients to find autonomy and strength as they address their specific challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential is essential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in providing mental health therapy is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.
