Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $520,000 annually; base salary starting around $469,000
• Bonuses: $20,000 signing bonus; Quality Incentive Bonus up to $30,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services across a variety of cases including trauma, obstetrics, major spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal surgeries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, surgeons, nurses, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in an equitable call rotation supporting work-life balance
• Maintain and expand procedural skills in a diverse surgical environment
• Support a culture of teamwork, mentorship, and continuous improvement
• Engage in leadership and teaching opportunities if desired

What You Need

• Current Colorado medical license or eligibility
• ACLS, BLS, DEA certifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Experience in high-acuity, trauma, or outpatient settings is preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for providing patient-centered anesthesia care
• Ability to handle diverse and complex surgical cases
