Service Advisor RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to allow technician to diagnose
- Ensure accurate RO generation, and documentation of diagnostic steps, and repairs are present.
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Answer incoming phone calls to service, and make outgoing phone calls to customer.
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous customer service experience
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
