Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to assess and support clients in their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns, such as anxiety, mild depression, and transitional life issues. All clients undergo thorough pre-screening to ensure they are well-supported throughout their therapeutic journey. As a counselor, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients whose needs align with your specialties and preferences, allowing for a more rewarding therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure to practice as a mental health counselor in your state (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring both your health and well-being are prioritized.
