People & Culture Manager

I’m partnering with a growing B2B technology organization to identify a talented People & Culture Manager to lead HR strategy and support across key business divisions. This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to build strong teams, enhance employee experience, and drive culture initiatives. About the Role The People & Culture Manager will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through employee relations, performance management, engagement, and culture initiatives. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership while ensuring consistent execution of People & Culture programs, policies, and processes. Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnership Provide HR leadership and support to assigned business divisions Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent strategy, and workforce planning Ensure consistent application of HR policies, programs, and processes Lead recruiting efforts for open positions within assigned teams Partner with hiring managers to define needs and role requirements Conduct intake meetings, candidate screenings, and support interview processes Collaborate on job postings, candidate communication, and hiring operations Employee Lifecycle Management Support onboarding and employee integration Manage employee changes including promotions, transfers, job changes, and exits Maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS updates Employee Relations Advise leaders on workplace concerns, performance matters, and policy interpretation Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal practices Performance Management & Development Coach leaders through performance conversations and development planning Support corrective action processes when needed Promote consistent performance management practices across teams Culture & Engagement Partner with leaders to build a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and culture programs Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for strong organizational alignment HR Operations Ensure accurate completion of HR processes and documentation Partner with People Operations on HRIS, reporting, and administrative needs Collaborate with People leadership on complex employee matters Qualifications 6–12 years of progressive HR experience Experience as a full lifecycle People & Culture Manager within a B2B technology environment Strong employee relations and HR business partnership experience Proven ability to coach leaders and influence across teams Experience managing recruiting, performance management, and engagement initiatives Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite in New York City #J-18808-Ljbffr
