Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, participating in regular case reviews and team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
