Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while enjoying the flexibility a telehealth practice provides. We utilize state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. You will have the autonomy to create a caseload that aligns with your professional goals, with billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 hours a week, depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic examinations, individualized treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations under the supervision of psychiatrists, utilizing the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
\n
• Develop appropriate therapeutic interventions, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team and community resources.
\n
• Participate in clinical team meetings to ensure high-quality patient care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including therapy notes and treatment reports, while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Engage in professional development and stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals experiencing situational crises to those with chronic mental health conditions. Your role is fundamental in providing supportive interventions for individuals and families grappling with mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and various life challenges. You'll contribute positively to intensive outpatient programs, helping clients build resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid LMFT license or Psy.D license in the state of Kansas.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with crisis intervention strategies and brief therapeutic techniques.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in individual, couples, and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
