Overview The Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse will provide total patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse at Northern State Prison in Newark, NJ. The role includes administering treatments and procedures, participating in data collection, communicating with the RN, delivering patient education, assisting with discharge planning, and documenting all care. Posting Summary Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers technical nursing care, performs treatments and procedures within established guidelines, and ensures a safe, therapeutic environment for patients. Salary & Benefits Salary: $29.00 per hour. Grade: 99H. FLSA status: non‑exempt.
