Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our telehealth platform is designed to ensure high-quality interactions with clients, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions securely and efficiently. You will have access to necessary resources and support to facilitate effective therapy remotely.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health landscape.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that resonate with their unique needs, preferences, and life goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in session delivery to aid clients in managing their mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and self-care practices, empowering them with the knowledge to navigate their mental health journey.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other medical professionals within our network to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to foster growth in clinical skills and best practices.

• Advocate for clients with mood disorders, working to reduce stigma and raise awareness about mental health needs within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on patients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our diverse clientele spans various backgrounds and demographics, allowing you to enrich your clinical experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing these challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Robust understanding of psychopharmacology, enhancing the ability to work synergistically with psychiatrists for comprehensive patient care.

• Proven experience in achieving positive treatment outcomes for clients dealing with various mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
