We're seeking someone who is competitive, customer-focused, and passionate about helping individuals, families, and small business owners protect what matters most. Success in this role comes from building trust, providing exceptional service, and confidently recommending the right coverage for every stage of life.

Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingual ability is preferred—not required.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.

• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.

• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and referrals.

• Follow up on agency leads and generate new opportunities through networking and community involvement.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers make informed insurance decisions.

• Meet and exceed individual sales and agency production goals.

Licensing Requirements

Insurance licensing is required.

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required for this position.

• Candidates actively working toward licensing are encouraged to apply.

• We provide study resources, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process to help you become fully licensed.

What We're Looking For

• Sales-minded professional who enjoys building relationships and earning trust.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.

• Previous insurance, banking, retail, or business development experience preferred.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.

• Passion for serving the South Philadelphia community.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
