Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose functional limitations and devise tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions, ensuring each patient receives education and guidance throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation aides, to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and participate in continuing education to enhance personal competency and departmental quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, ranging from post-surgical orthopedic patients to individuals recovering from sports injuries and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 based on experience and qualifications.
