Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stay Graceful, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that directly impact your patients' recovery journeys. Key duties include:

• Patient Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of each patient, reviewing medical history, performing physical assessments, and documenting findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Treatment Implementation: Deliver prescribed therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy, based on each patient's unique needs and progress.
• Patient and Family Education: Communicate clearly with patients and their families regarding evaluation results, treatment methodologies, and the goals of care to foster an inclusive treatment environment.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside other healthcare professionals to assess changes in patient conditions and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring comprehensive care integration.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including evaluation notes, daily encounter summaries, and discharge planning, in adherence to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy as required.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay information to patients and health care teams.

Preferred Experience
