Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement customized treatment strategies, utilizing a range of modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Provide exceptional therapeutic care, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care while monitoring patient progress.
• Deliver patient education, empowering individuals and their caregivers with the knowledge necessary for effective recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily serve a diverse range of patient demographics including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with patients and caregivers.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer-based documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy or a related setting.

Compensation and Benefits
