Work Environment

At our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Naples, Florida, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals in a supportive and innovative setting. Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. The center is equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and tools that will enable you to design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and create personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient feedback.

• Implement treatment protocols that are in line with best practices in the orthopedic field, continually adapting as the patient's condition evolves.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all patients.

• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and strategies for long-term health management.

• Participate in facility meetings and ongoing training to stay informed about the latest developments in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes seeking rehabilitation from sports injuries, and patients managing chronic pain conditions. By establishing strong relationships with your patients and actively engaging them in their recovery process, you will help them achieve their health objectives and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as required to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, with a focus on orthopedic settings preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation protocols is advantageous.

• Experience in developing and executing effective orthopedic rehabilitation programs.

Compensation and Benefits
