The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, optimizing work-life balance while providing flexibility for patient scheduling. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs, mobility, strength, and overall functionality upon their initial visit.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients to outline clear therapeutic goals based on their unique conditions and lifestyle.
• Implement tailored rehabilitation programs that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as patients advance in their recovery.
• Engage effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and other therapists, to provide holistic care throughout a patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Educate patients and their families on effective self-management techniques to foster independence and long-term health improvement.
• Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development opportunities to remain current with industry trends and advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client base primarily consists of adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Our therapy approach emphasizes personalized care tailored to individual conditions, enabling a supportive transition from injury recovery to functional independence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
