Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring that each plan aligns with the patient's specific medical needs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, contributing to a positive clinic atmosphere and enhancing overall patient experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based treatments.
• Provide therapeutic interventions at the clinic, utilizing advanced techniques and modalities under the guidance of the physician's treatment plan.
• Consult with patients and their caregivers, offering education and training to empower them in the recovery process.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and other performance-related business objectives to ensure clinic efficiency and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this vital role, you will primarily treat orthopedic patients, utilizing your expertise to address various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred for this role.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer systems and word processing.
