Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories and performing critical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives effectively to both patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process to enhance treatment adherence.
• Implement treatment protocols with proficiency, utilizing evidence-based practices adapted to individual patient presentations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient management, recognizing and recording changes in patients' conditions to adjust care plans as necessary.
• Perform accurate patient documentation, ensuring all evaluations, plans of care, encounter notes, and discharge summaries reflect the course of treatment and progress accordingly.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills, maintaining a productive schedule while contributing to departmental goals and complying with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous education opportunities and mentorship as a clinical instructor for students and interns, fostering professional growth within the organizational framework.
• Promote an exceptional patient experience by being adaptable and responsive to patients' needs and feedback.
• Actively participate in initiatives focused on improving patient access to care and enhancing service delivery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Bountiful Life, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries to those needing rehabilitation for chronic pain management or neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
