Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Garden Path Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address the specific needs of clients encountering various mental health challenges.

• Developing and documenting comprehensive treatment plans that align with client goals, ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques and interventions to facilitate client progress and reinforce coping strategies.

• Engaging in case consultation and collaboration with fellow team members to deliver integrated care, including coordinating with external service providers as needed.

• Regularly reviewing and updating client progress towards treatment goals in a manner compliant with clinical guidelines and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n
