Private Duty LPN/LVN - Pediatric Home Health (Nights)

Schedule Friday‑Sunday 7:30 pm‑7:30 am. Flexible scheduling options include full‑time, part‑time or PRN. Days, nights, and weekend shifts are available. Location Milton, VA 32583 Patient Population Pre‑Teen Acuity High. Trach/Vent with lifting involved. Responsibilities Provide home‑based nursing care and maintain accurate electronic documentation using the tablet platform. Work collaboratively with the Aveanna team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults. Qualifications Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days to the state of residence. Current CPR certification with hands‑on component – company can assist after hire. TB skin test current within last 12 months.
