Business Development Representative

Job Title: Business Development Representative Job Location: Hybrid – Rockville, MD (remote with 2 days a week onsite) Compensation: $40,000 base salary, commissions, bonuses, PTO, healthcare benefits, etc. Eligibility/Clearance: US Citizenship required, this position supports government clients Job Description Arena Technical Resources (ATR) is investing heavily in the future. Over the next several weeks, we're launching a modern sales infrastructure built around HubSpot, sales automation, AI, and data-driven business development. We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative who wants to be part of building something—not simply inheriting an existing process. If you're energetic, competitive, enjoy talking with people, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, we'd like to meet you. This role is ideal for someone with 1-4 years of business development, SDR, BDR, inside sales, staffing sales, or lead generation experience who wants to grow into a full-cycle sales professional. Daily responsibilities include Research prospective companies and contacts Execute outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach Schedule discovery meetings Maintain accurate activity within HubSpot Follow structured sales sequences Learn our staffing and workforce solutions Work closely with senior partners on strategic opportunities Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates Requirements 1-4 years of Business Development, SDR, BDR, Recruiting Sales, Staffing Sales, or Inside Sales experience Comfortable making outbound calls Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable learning new technology Preferred Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM Staffing or recruiting industry experience Experience selling B2B services Education Bachelors Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or any other related field.
