Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, preferences, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices, adapting them as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of effective therapeutic methodologies to engage clients meaningfully.

• Guide clients in setting and tracking personal growth milestones and therapeutic goals, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to accommodate cultural, socioeconomic, and individual differences, ensuring that each client receives personalized care that resonates with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont is required.

• Demonstrated experience working with a variety of client populations is essential.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and other relational approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, candidates with a background in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or group therapy will find their skills particularly beneficial. Familiarity with Telehealth practices and experience utilizing digital tools for therapy sessions will also be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
