Role Overview Provides direct patient care in emergency settings within established standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement. Maintains safety-sensitive responsibilities requiring alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications & Skills Licensure as RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; BSN preferred. No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher qualifications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
