Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families involved in the detox program.

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes collaboratively with team members to ensure the effectiveness of interventions and strategies implemented.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them understand their child's developmental milestones and how to facilitate progress.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to recommend strategies for enhancing child development.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to promote a positive and healthy learning environment.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to therapeutic practices and child welfare.

• Deliver support that is culturally sensitive and tailored to address the individual learning styles of each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or delays, as well as their families. You will provide essential early intervention support, enhancing social, emotional, cognitive, and communication skills during the critical early years of development. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
