This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility while working with a dedicated team. As part of the Detox Center, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide essential support to both clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients in the detox program, gathering essential information to understand each individual's circumstances.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the needs of children with disabilities or developmental delays.
\n
• Monitor treatment outcomes collaboratively as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to enhance care.
\n
• Provide support and resources to families, educating them on strategies that promote their child's developmental progress, while fostering a nurturing environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices while developing treatment strategies for children.
\n
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as positive reinforcement and coaching to engage children in their learning process.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and organizational standards to guarantee the highest level of safety and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on dual client populations: adults undergoing detoxification from substances and young children requiring early intervention services. You will play a vital role in supporting adults in recovery, guiding them through their emotional and psychological challenges. Simultaneously, your work with young children will involve helping them acquire essential life skills during their critical development stages, ensuring these skills are in place for future successes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona, in good standing with the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate any potential in-person sessions or assessments.

• Strong adaptability to different learning styles to effectively address the individualized treatment plans of clients.

• Experience working with children, particularly in early intervention settings for at least one year.
