Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the developmental needs of children with disabilities or delays.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with federal and state guidelines.

• Monitor and document outcomes as part of a collaborative team, working closely with families to provide essential support.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices when developing strategic intervention plans with families.
\n
• Deliver coaching and support to families, fostering an enriching environment conducive to learning and growth for their children.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, ensuring that safety and health standards are upheld for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with families and caregivers, providing support that aligns with the unique circumstances of each child. Your expertise will help facilitate critical skills development in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication, all of which are crucial in the early formative years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
