The Outpatient Office will serve as a secondary hub for occasional face-to-face interactions, providing a balanced approach to therapy that includes both virtual and in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of families and couples to identify underlying issues affecting their relationships and emotional health.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering emotional growth in family dynamics.

• Educate clients regarding the impact of specific behaviors on their relationships, promoting awareness and transformation.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies adjusted for cultural competencies.

• Guide families through processes such as grief recovery, home stabilization, and improving educational circumstances for children.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential client records and progress notes that comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
