Recruit Mogul is conducting a search on behalf of an innovative, venture-backed company operating in the e-mobility and cargo bike sector. Following a successful launch in the Netherlands, the business is now expanding further across Europe, with Germany as the primary focus and Benelux as a key additional market. The company offers high-quality, differentiated cargo bike solutions designed to stand out through enhanced features, usability, and strong commercial value. About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on Sales / Commercial Lead to drive commercial growth by building dealer, reseller, and distribution partnerships across the region. This role would suit someone operating at Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Lead, Country Manager, or General Manager level, provided they remain actively involved in direct sales and revenue generation. Responsibilities Developing new commercial opportunities Leveraging existing market relationships Opening new accounts Taking a proactive hunter approach to business development Establishing the commercial and operational foundations for regional growth, including delivery flows, dealer support, after‑sales processes, logistics coordination, and go‑to‑market execution Qualifications Proven experience selling cargo bikes, ideally 3‑wheelers, within Europe A strong dealer or reseller network across Germany and the Netherlands Experience working across German and Benelux markets A hands‑on, entrepreneurial approach to sales and market building The ability to combine commercial execution with operational problem‑solving Comfort with practical aspects of the role, including product demonstrations, handling 3‑wheel cargo bikes, and driving a van when required A strong network across dealers, logistics, distribution, and e‑mobility Required Skills Proven experience in sales and business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience in the e‑mobility sector Familiarity with logistics and distribution networks Pay range and compensation package Negotiable base salary + commission + performance bonuses.
