Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and overall needs in a home care context.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that employ a mixture of therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Utilizing outcome assessments to monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to help patients meet their rehabilitation goals.
• Providing patients, caregivers, and families with education on therapeutic exercises and the safe usage of assistive devices tailored to individual needs.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices by participating in educational workshops and professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients in various stages of recovery—ranging from those who have recently undergone surgery to individuals managing chronic pain or injury rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
