This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work location while maintaining contact with an engaged and diverse treatment team. Our remote setting facilitates a healthy work-life balance, with a scheduled work week typically running Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet client needs effectively, ensuring that you can provide timely support to those you serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities, adapting techniques to best suit individual client circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure ethical and professional standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, actively engaging in case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.

• Participate in regular case review meetings, facilitating a culture of shared learning to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
