Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, you will play a crucial role in the mental health and personal development of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences and learn coping strategies from each other.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling to explore clients' thoughts and behaviors and develop individualized action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and adapt treatment as needed.

You will primarily work with teenagers and young adults aged 18 to 30 who seek assistance for a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
