Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' emotional and mental health, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and client input.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions to address a spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and case histories, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including teenagers, adults, and couples from various backgrounds and with varying life experiences. You will have the opportunity to address issues such as family dynamics, relationship challenges, trauma, and mental health disorders, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Texas.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive treatment documentation.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to efficiently document client interactions.
