Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building meaningful relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to discuss client progress, evaluate stability, schedule future appointments, and plan for discharges as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans focused on each client's unique needs and personal goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health challenges faced by adults, children, and families. With an emphasis on outpatient care, the counselor will engage with clients in a format that emphasizes accessibility and support, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating practical skills in a therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in using technology, including experience with software such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to manage client data and communications effectively.

• Experience in providing individual and family psychotherapy services, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic practices and client engagement strategies.

• A track record of implementing evidence-based practices that lead to improved client outcomes in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation incentives, such as performance bonuses, are available to recognize and reward the hard work of our employees.
