Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic strategies, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that all sessions reflect the best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapted to suit individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LPCC will focus on providing support to a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
