Human Resources Coordinator

HR Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our main office. This role focuses on payroll coordination, recruiting support, and core HR operations. Our organization is well-established and led by experienced leaders in the peer support space, bringing together clinical, operational, and administrative expertise. We support teams doing meaningful, hands-on work that impacts people's daily lives. Key Responsibilities: Support payroll coordination and related processes Assist with recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate communication Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support daily HR operations and administrative needs Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting HR functions, payroll, and/or recruiting Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Empion, Apploi, or similar ATS and Payroll systems is required Benefits: Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Connect
