Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification processes and manage utilization requests to facilitate treatment continuance.

• Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare services by developing tailored care plans that reflect clients' individual needs and circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic meal support to clients, promoting healthy relationships with food while emphasizing the importance of nutrition in wellness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this LCSW position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
