Dire Wolf Tavern is looking for a passionate, driven Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen and elevate our scratch‑made tavern fare. What You’ll Do Support our Chef in all daily kitchen operations Lead, coach, and motivate the BOH team during service Ensure consistent food quality, plating, and execution Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assist with ordering, inventory, and food cost control Jump on the line when needed and lead by example Compensation and Benefits Competitive starting salary of $75,000 - $80,000 Regular and ongoing opportunities for financial growth Quarterly bonuses that are generous and achievable Medical and Dental insurance with a generous employer contribution to both Paid Vacation Time Meal Benefits Discounts in all of the Serenitee Restaurant Group locations Excellent Career and Financial Growth!
