Events Assistant (Sales Team)

Our client is looking for an Event Assistant to support face-to-face customer engagement campaigns at retail promotions, pop-up events, and live event locations throughout Boston. This is a customer-facing sales role where you'll represent nationally recognised brands, engage directly with customers, and support customer acquisition through professional face-to-face conversations. You'll gain practical experience in event sales, customer service, communication, and relationship building while working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. No previous experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided. What You'll Be Doing You'll work at a variety of retail promotions and live event locations where you'll represent brands, speak with customers, and help create engaging customer experiences. Every interaction gives you the opportunity to develop confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in face-to-face sales while working alongside experienced team members.
