This role is fully remote, allowing you to effectively connect with your clients from the comfort of your home or any preferred environment. Our outpatient setting ensures that your clients can receive support in their everyday surroundings, including their homes or schools. You will be part of a supportive treatment team, composed of experienced therapists and practitioners, who prioritize collaboration and best practices in mental health care. You will engage in regular individual and group supervision, enhancing not only your skills but also the overall quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients and their families to establish and progress towards personalized treatment goals, utilizing culturally informed practices.

• Develop comprehensive assessment and evaluation reports to accurately understand each client's needs, ultimately driving the creation of effective care plans.

• Assist in crisis intervention services as needed, maintaining availability for urgent situations, and providing immediate support during critical times.

• Document all therapy sessions, care plans, incident reports, and outcome measures meticulously to ensure accurate patient records and improve treatment outcomes.

• Engage with community resources and collaborate with other healthcare providers to strengthen the support network available to clients.

• Participate actively in case planning discussions and contribute clinical insights that enhance the team’s approach to care.

• Strictly maintain confidentiality regarding client information and organizational processes, upholding the highest ethical standards.

This position focuses primarily on a diverse group of youth and young adults aged 6 to 21 years. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in California.
