Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on providing mental health services tailored to the unique needs of youth and young adults facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will support clients aged 12 to 24, navigating their development during formative years, from high school through early adulthood. The ability to engage with this age group empathetically and effectively is crucial, as building rapport is essential for successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW certification in Washington State is mandatory.
