This role is 100% remote and allows you the flexibility to design your own schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Brighthope Behavioral Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients’ mental health needs and developing effective, personalized treatment plans based on best practice guidelines.
\n
• Delivering various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to clients’ specific situations.
\n
• Documenting clinical records promptly and accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other pertinent legal obligations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data security.
\n
• Engaging in collaborative case management by liaising with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to facilitate coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to maintain a high standard of clinical excellence, sharing insights and strategies for optimal treatment outcomes.
\n
• Educating and empowering clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, fostering a greater understanding and reducing stigma.
\n
• Remaining informed about recent advancements and research in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your treatment practices to enrich the care provided.

Your practice will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• An active and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience delivering psychotherapy services, with a particular focus on evidence-based practices.

• Solid proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and the ability to adapt approaches to meet individual client needs.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills necessary for fostering trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a teletherapy capacity is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with virtual health platforms and digital tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
