Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Compliance: Uphold federal and state regulations, as well as clinical program standards, while acting within the legal scope of mental health practices.

• Patient Advocacy: Act as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring clear communication with interdisciplinary teams, and identifying potential obstacles to care.

• Social Work Interventions: Provide crisis intervention, bereavement support, and social work consultations as necessary to assist patients and caregivers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations facing complex mental health challenges. Your role will involve understanding and addressing the unique cultural, socioeconomic, and psychological needs of each client. The goal is to promote health equity and ensure that all individuals, regardless of background, have access to high-quality mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist in the State of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
